#Testimonials
“I’ve thought it over, and I think Adriana Melo might be a wizard of some kind. I mean she can make anything come to life with her pencil. From slapstick comedy to heartbreakingly beautiful romance to gut busting action. No matter what I give her, it’s going to come back better than I could have hoped. I adore her, and you should, too.”
– Gail Simone
“I’m not sure when Adriana Melo first caught my attention, whether it was her published Plastic Man mini series for DC comics, or whether we were introduced by mutual friends at Motor City Comic Con...and it probably doesnt really matter...The point is that her work did get my attention. Always solid, terrific storytelling, and the lady draws incredible women! And, happily, she became a friend. So prepare yourself for some amazing artwork, created by an amazing artist. Amazing person, too.”
– Tom Grummett
“I’m constantly impressed by Adriana’s ability to convey her love for the characters she draws and imbue them with so much charm and verve. It’s a rare skill and, annoyingly, she keeps getting better at it.”
– Mike McKone

– Tom Raney
“It’s difficult to state just how incredibly skilled Adriana is. From her linework to her colors to her mastery of light and shadow. No matter the piece--whether it’s a commission, comics page, or cover--it tells a story and shows you the soul of the character. It shows you the soul of the artist.”
– Erica Schultz
“Adriana is like my little sister ever since we met. She was the first woman I ever met that drew comics. Her knack for detail and powerful figures caught my attention instantly! she can draw anything, but her women (SUPER women, I might add) are gorgeous and POWERFUL, just like her! It’s been an honor to be friends with Dri all these years and to watch her develop into one of the most talented women in comics PERIOD!”
