In issue two of "False Flag," we're introduced to Henry Perkins, the burgeoning podcaster who comes to antagonize the locals for the sake of viral clicks. We also learn about the relationship Dan had with the shooter's family, and the cracks begin to appear around the circumstances of Dan's past.
