After rediscovering almost 80 illustrations I did 24 years ago for a Scrooge book that never came to fruition, I decided to rework the art and finish the book. The entire project has been insightful and incredibly fun. Some illustrations have been tweaked and others, completely redrawn and new ones added. It’s rare you find an opportunity to have an in depth creative conversation with your 25 year old self.
Scrooge has always been my favorite Christmas story and I’m thrilled to be able to create and share the images that appear in my head when reading this ghostly tale.
