Creator Content & Fulfillment Guidelines
Effective Date: March 1st, 2026
These Content & Fulfillment Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the submission, listing, promotion, sale, pre‑order, printing, and fulfillment of content on the Company’s marketplace. By submitting, listing, or selling any project or content through the Company, each creator, publisher, or rights holder (“Creator”) agrees to comply with these Guidelines, the Company’s Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company operates solely as a marketplace and distributor platform. The Company does not create, author, illustrate, edit, control, print, manufacture, distribute, fulfill, market, promote, advertise or otherwise endorse Creator content unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written services agreement.
1. Scope of Permitted Content
The Company specializes in illustrated adult-oriented comic books, graphic novels, and related illustrated, painted, animated or other creative projects. All content listed, previewed, promoted, or sold through the Company must comply with the following requirements:
1.1 Illustrated Content Only
All content must be fully illustrated, painted or animated.
Content may not contain photographs, video footage, audio recordings, scans, or likenesses of real people.
Generative AI artwork is not permitted on this site in any form, and may be cause for immediate removal from the site if detected and verified to be AI by Company or any third party providing Company with solid evidence of AI usage.
1.2 No Real People
Content may not depict, reference, or be based on real, identifiable persons, whether public figures or private individuals.
Any resemblance to real persons must be purely coincidental and unintentional.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is absolutely prohibited, including in previews, bonus materials, promotional images, descriptions, metadata, packaging, or printed materials:
2.1 Minors and Youthful Depictions
No depiction of minors in any sexually explicit, erotic, nude, suggestive, or compromising context.
This prohibition applies regardless of fictional age, fantasy setting, species, or narrative justification.
Prohibited examples include (without limitation):
Characters described as under 18 years of age
Characters portrayed as students, children, teens, or otherwise youthful
“Age‑up,” “aged‑up,” “1000‑year‑old,” or similar tropes intended to circumvent this rule
2.2 Sexual Violence and Abuse
No depiction or promotion of:
Sexual assault or rape (including non‑consensual acts)
Sexual abuse or exploitation
Incest or pseudo‑incest
Coercion, manipulation, or inability to consent
2.3 Torture, Extreme Harm, or Criminal Acts
No depiction of:
Torture or extreme physical harm for sexual or erotic purposes
Human trafficking or sexual slavery
Bestiality or sexual acts involving animals or animal‑like beings
Necrophilia
Any other conduct that would be illegal to create, possess, distribute, or sell
2.4 Hate, Exploitation, or Illegal Material
No content that promotes hate, harassment, or exploitation of protected groups
No content that violates obscenity, child protection, or distribution laws in any applicable jurisdiction
In addition to prohibited content, creators may not use restricted or prohibited terminology in titles, metadata, tags, descriptions, or search indexing fields. Company reserves the right to remove, edit, or suppress search visibility for any listing containing restricted language, even if the underlying content is otherwise compliant. The Company reserves the sole right to determine whether content violates these standards.
3. Legal Compliance
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to:
Obscenity and adult content regulations
Intellectual property laws
Consumer protection laws
Import/export and printing regulations
The Company makes no representation or warranty that listing content on the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
4. Intellectual Property & Rights
4.1 Ownership and Licensing
Creators represent and warrant that:
They are the sole owner of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases
The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
They have full legal authority to sell, license, and distribute the content
4.2 Responsibility for Claims
Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Alleged infringement or violation of rights
Illegal or prohibited content
Misrepresentation of ownership or permissions
5. Pre‑Orders, Funding, and Financial Responsibility
5.1 Creator Responsibility for Fulfillment
Creators acknowledge and agree that:
All pre‑orders represent a binding obligation to deliver the promised product to customers
The Creator is solely and fully responsible for producing and delivering all products
This obligation applies regardless of the amount of money raised
If funds raised are insufficient, the Creator must personally cover all remaining costs
5.2 No Company Guarantee
The Company:
Does not guarantee funding success
Does not guarantee manufacturing costs, timelines, or profitability
Is not responsible for Creator budgeting errors or financial shortfalls
5A. Payment Processing & Adult Content Transactions
5A.1 Use of Adult-Content-Friendly Payment Processors
The Company utilizes third-party payment processors that permit lawful adult-oriented content transactions. Creators acknowledge and agree that:
Payment processing services are provided by independent third parties, not the Company
Each payment processor maintains its own terms, acceptable use policies, compliance standards, and risk thresholds
Creators are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable payment processor requirements
5A.2 Processor Restrictions and Enforcement
Creators understand that payment processors may, at their sole discretion:
Refuse to process certain transactions
Impose reserves, rolling holds, delays, or chargeback protections
Suspend or terminate processing accounts
The Company is not responsible for any processor decision, interruption, delay, reserve, or account action.
5A.3 Chargebacks, Disputes, and Refunds
Creators are solely responsible for:
Chargebacks, disputes, reversals, and refunds
Any associated fees, penalties, or losses
The Company may deduct such amounts from Creator payouts or require reimbursement where applicable.
5A.4 No Representation or Guarantee
The Company makes no representation or guarantee that:
Any payment processor will continue to support adult content
Any specific content or project will be approved by processors
Processing terms, fees, or availability will remain unchanged
6. Printing, Production, and Fulfillment
6.1 Default Allocation of Responsibility
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract:
The Company is not responsible for:
Creation or development of content
Editing or quality control
Production schedules
Manufacturing decisions
Shipping, logistics, or customer fulfillment
6.2 Optional Services
If the Creator hires the Company for printing, production, or fulfillment services:
Responsibilities will be defined only by a separate written agreement
No obligations are implied by platform use alone
7. Review, Enforcement, and Removal
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
Review content at any time
Remove, suspend, or refuse listings
Cancel pre‑orders
Withhold payouts
Terminate Creator accounts
These actions may be taken without notice if content is believed to violate these Guidelines or applicable law.
8. No Endorsement
Listing or sale of content on the Company platform does not imply:
Approval
Endorsement
Sponsorship
Agreement with the views or themes expressed
All content reflects the views and responsibility of the Creator alone.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for Creator content
The Company shall not be liable for delays, non‑delivery, or quality issues
The Company shall not be liable for disputes between Creators and customers
Creators assume all risk related to their projects.
10. Acknowledgment
By submitting, listing, or selling content on the Company’s platform, the Creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Guidelines in full.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the platform and potential legal action.
